We are currently seeking a **Financial Analyst** to join the ECI team The Financial Analyst will be a key member of our finance team and provide business and financial analysis to support all aspects of the organization. The primary objective of the role will be to provide a broad range of analytics, financial management, and strategic business partner support to drive improved outcomes and financial results to the organization. **WHAT YOU WILL DO:**
+ Review monthly financial results and provide analysis and strategic recommendations to management.
+ Lead the preparation and presentation of our annual budget process.
+ Update the company's Key Performance Indicators and provide insight to the business.
+ Identify, research, and report on trends impacting business performance.
+ Develop financial models to facilitate decision making.
+ Lead all pricing related initiatives for both new and existing business.
**WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
+ 5+ years' work experience in financial modeling, financial analyses, budgeting, and pricing.
+ Strong analytical capabilities and demonstrated ability to apply these skills.
+ Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
+ Outstanding problem-solving skills with ability to work independently to perform analyses.
+ Ability to manage deliverables independently and with a high degree of efficiency.
+ Astute financial modeling, presentation and communication skills.
+ Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to analyze issues, synthesize key points and effectively communicate findings.
**WHAT WOULD BE AMAZING TO HAVE:**
+ MBA a plus.
+ Prior experience in Utility Vegetation Management (UVM) industry a plus.
+ Being Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is a plus.
