This role allows for 100% remote work.

The Donor Services Coordinator is responsible for converting Intended Parent (IP) inquires to completed Donor Services cases. These responsibilities include managing all IP inquires within multiple software systems, answering all questions, locating and identifying potential donors, securing the retainer, assisting with consenting, organizing the cycle and ensuring all documents required to fulfill the retainer are complete and issued to the patient’s medical record. This position is essential to maintain the quality of the program with prompt, friendly, efficient and caring service for all IPs.

Essential Duties:

  • Manage the online donor portal and internal SalesForce initiative to maintain the conversion of IP’s
  • Answer all IP’s questions and ensure their ability to select potential donors
  • Assist with selection and educate on retainer and ODS services
  • Prepare all needed documentation for an ODS cycle or sale of Eggs
  • Oversee the entire process to meet the selected service
  • Ensure all donor requirements are meet upon selection
  • Coordinate transports and IVF treatment when needed
  • Communicate all results
  • Maintain internal metrics of the entire process
  • Assist other 3rd Party departments when asked

Minimum qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Two to three years of medical office or business development and marketing experience required.

Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or related field preferred
  • Experience with medical services operations, development and marketing
  • Knowledge of SalesForce and IT networking.
